All services on this comprehensive list are included in our basic property management services. Our fees are simply based on the income received from the property, not out of your pocket.
We do not charge extra fees for basic services and we do not mark up any maintenance costs for work performed on your property. Our only cost to you is a percentage of the rent collected and your trust in us to take care of the rest. By becoming one of our clients you will receive the following:
