PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

All services on this comprehensive list are included in our basic property management services.  Our fees are simply based on the income received from the property, not out of your pocket.

We do not charge extra fees for basic services and we do not mark up any maintenance costs for work performed on your property.  Our only cost to you is a percentage of the rent collected and your trust in us to take care of the rest.  By becoming one of our clients you will receive the following:

TENANT MANAGEMENT

• Marketing – We offer an aggressive marketing plan.  Advertisement preparation including extensive Internet marketing of our rentals.
• Selection and screening process – Comprehensive tenant screening process.  Credit checks, rental history and employment verification.  Clients are also interviewed by a broker/real estate agent to find you a quality tenant.
• Leasing – negotiating and signing of leases.
• Income – Tenants can make online payments for prompt collection of rent.
• Move-in/out – checklist, digital photos of property, and we offer tenants a pre-move out inspection.
• Turnover – preparation of properties for new tenants.
